Spencer Municipal Utilities will be having several planned network maintenance windows through the end of 2023 to enhance our communication network. The second planned maintenance window is Tuesday, November 21st from 12:01am to 5:00am. Please note customers will notice brief internet and television outages at any time during this maintenance window.
