Spencer Municipal Utilities announced it will carry MLB Network, the 24-hour television home for baseball, covering all of baseball year-round beginning April 1st. Spencer Municipal Utilities, which serves subscribers in the Spencer area will offer MLB Network on Channel 139 and MLB HD on channel 339.
