At the Chamber Annual meeting on October 3, 3019 Spencer Municipal Utilities was named the 2019 Spencer Chamber Business of the Year. SMU gives generously in both resources and staff time to the Spencer Chamber of Commerce. We are glad to be part of the community of Spencer and look forward to continuing to prepare our community for the future and keeping our customers connected.
