May 21-June 8:
West Spencer: Between 4th Avenue West and Grand Avenue, and West 4th Street between 11th Avenue West and 4th Avenue West
East Spencer: North of the Little Sioux River
Residents should be advised to put in their basement sewer plugs. Residents could temporarily experience low water pressure and some discoloration of water during the flushing.
