Board of Trustees
Spencer Municipal Utilities is governed by a five-member Board
of Trustees. The Trustees are appointed to six-year terms
by the Mayor of Spencer, and confirmed by the Spencer City
Council. A chairperson is selected by the board from among
its ranks each year.

Cable Programming Committee
The
SMU Cable Programming Committee is a group of seven Spencer
citizens which meets regularly to discuss programming on the
SMU Cable system. Their meetings are open to the public, and
your input is welcome!

SMU Cable Programming Committee is a seven-member committee
that is responsible for selecting program offerings on SMU
Cable TV. Members are appointed by the Chair of the SMU Board
of Trustees and approved by the Board. Members serve three-year
terms.
